Thanks for the info! That website has lots of delicious looking recipes. My favorite is Italian. Pasta, cheese, tomatoes, and more...how could you go wrong? You are very welcome ^^ The italian kitchen does have some great dishes but unfortunally I have a hard time eating either cheese or tomatoes...But pasta, yes indeed! I really like pasta alfredo with some slices of pancetta, that is delicious! Do you have any favorite recipes? I don't really have any italian recipes, but for plain old spaghetti, I fry up meat (usually sausage) on high, and then turn the heat down to low and slowly saute chopped onions and bell peppers til they're soft, then simmer them all in some red wine. Next, I'll throw in some fire-roasted tomatoes, and a little more wine, and some spices (parsley, oregano, garlic powder, thyme.) and simmer it a bit. Finally toss it with any kind of pasta. It's tasty.
