The jewels section is defitinely a lot better than ribbons. But I don't buy a lot of jewel items and there's not really anything I *need* to have, most of the items are so far from my usual style that I wouldn't wear them enough.
I did buy the green cameo necklace in the ribbon shop ^o^.

If I'm honest, I barely look at jewel's sections. It only makes me sad to see what I could have if I would spend money on it (but clearly I don't). The ribbon section isn't really exciting, which is stupid because I do like this theme, they could have made cuter things. Though, I am really happy for cameo necklaces because I have a weakness for cameo's <3 Sadly the cameo's are so little that you can hardly see them when you don't zoom in -.- And I am going to pick up the lace short shirts, because I simply love lace. ......., Okay I checked the jewels section.. Blugh. Such cute items *.* /endofjewelfrustration ;p

I buy a lot of jewels monthly, I might sell jewels for ribbons on the forum this month ^^
The ribbons section is... lest elaborate? It's like the Jewels section is the royalty and the ribbons section is the peasant =/

I agree Reimu! The royal feeling of the theme was really only used in the jewels section.. Sorry to go offtopic, but I have always wondered how buying jewels for ribbons work. To do that you should have at least 1 jewel right?

I don't mind about going off topic right now, since we are just a few members with a few topics ^^ and as long as it doesn't bother anyone, I won't mind =3
You need to have at least 1 jewel item to sell at the auction. The people selling Jewels bid on it, then this person puts a shell at the market for the ribbon price and you need to buy it.
You need to trust each other to do that...! For the jewel item, it's usually empty lucky bags, stuff like this! They usually go for one jewel or 5 max!

I am going in the topic - sorry ! I am really pleased by this event, but I think it is because I now play with jewels (I use my mobile credits... Well I do not call anyone...)
The dresses are gorgeous, and the military-ish items are just lovely ! The lace skirt in the ribbon section is really nice too !
But I wonder what is this fashion in poupée, now, wich makes items tiny with tiny details. I mean, who can see the cameos or details on some clothes ?! When I browse homes, I do not zoom on everyone ! That's bothering...

Well, I love these tiny details if the overall look is polished. When I see a gorgeous item, I always tend to zoom on it to see more. But maybe I'm the weirdo here haha!

No, I think I am just too picky ! XD I was thinking there about the Disney Store items, which are nice... if you zoom on them ! I mean, from normal view, the details just look like a kind of weird mess. And it's a shame since some items really are gorgeous... if you look closer !
